Dear Family of God at Cross Roads Presbyterian Church,
At its meeting on February 23, the Session has decided to keep the signage for socially distanced seating in the sanctuary, but it has also decided to relax the wording about mask wearing. Starting on March 2 at the Ash Wednesday services, masks will no longer be strongly recommended; everyone should make their own choice about mask wearing according to their own needs and risk factors.
We encourage everyone to respect that we are all in different places with our risks and exposure and need to make different choices based on that. Masks will still be required for adults working with children, and if you would like to receive ashes on Ash Wednesday from Pastor Lindsay, you still must wear your mask when coming forward.
As always, online worship is available for those who are more comfortable at home, or who are sick or experiencing any symptoms at any given point.
Rev. Lindsay White
Pastor, Cross Roads Presbyterian Church
